1. STAKEHOLDERS:
We study the available literature and communicate with appropriate end user audiences to gain insights into a critical area of unmet need. Then we assemble an advisory team of passionate, like-minded individuals that will remain intact and work together throughout the project lifecycle.

2. PARTNERSHIP:
We work with leading industry and advocacy partners to address our shared mission of addressing critical public health needs in categories where we focus.

3. ARCHITECT:
Original content and working prototypes are developed, allowing us to receive real-world feedback that informs the next phase in the process.

4. REFINE:
With input received from the advisory team, materials are updated and the Pilot Phase is started in order to get real-life, unvarnished input from the front lines of healthcare.  

5. KICKOFF:
Once the Pilot Phase has been completed and any final updates incorporated into the materials, the national Kickoff gets underway with appropriate support from the industry and advocacy partners and clinician training efforts directed by a peer coaching panel.
